People are thoughts Bamboo belong to Tree family but actually bamboo is belong to grass family. A fastest growing grass in the world. Bamboo can grow 36 inch in just 24hours. The growth rate depends on the variety of bamboo for some variety its quite slow and for others it quite fast. Bamboo grow faster compared to other grass is due to rhizome dependent system.
Bamboo is god gift for men. From prehistoric age to till now people are using bamboo in many different ways and purpose. In world wide specially in Asia bamboo are used for making shelter, huts etc.
Bamboo possess very flexibel and high tensile strength quality due to this it is used in construction purpose in Asia.
In Asia lots of country used bamboo soothe is using for food purpose. Lots of country like India, china, japan etc are using bamboo soothe is a delicacy. Bamboo soothe contai lots of vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, and lots of other property which is good for our health. It have anti cancer property too.
In our area we take young bamboo soothe and make small pieces and put into a jar with little bit of plain water after couple of days it taste turn into sour. After getting sour taste we add in this sour preserve bamboo soothe in different vegetables.
